  1. I have discovered that writing helps to form my thoughts into what I am feeling, be it happiness, frustration, anger, bitterness, or another emotion. Once put into words, like a prayer to God, I can let go of that emotional response and choose to be happy instead. I have been told by readers that writing my experiences have helped them to see differently. Be true to yourself.
